Shipping

All RepRise orders are dispatched from the UK. Each order is fulfilled manually to ensure every card has a unique NFC URL and QR code.

Processing time

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Each card is individually assigned a unique URL before shipping.

Delivery

Standard UK delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
International delivery times may vary. Please allow additional time for orders outside the UK.

Returns

Because each RepRise card is programmed with a unique NFC URL, we are unable to accept returns on cards that have been activated or claimed.

Damaged or faulty cards

If your card arrives damaged or the NFC chip is not working, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement.

Unclaimed cards

If your card has not been activated or claimed, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss your options.
